Welcome event organizers!
Thank you for your interest in hosting a Special Event within the Town of Orangeville. We are excited to support you in the delivery of your event. In order to ensure you are providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our community, you must complete the Special Event Application Form below. This application form is set up to accommodate all types of events, from small and simple, to large and elaborate. This form will prompt you for details about your event and your answers will determine the requirements necessary for delivering a risk-free event. The form can be filled-out in stages if necessary, allowing event organizers of large-scale events to reopen it at any time to add information, edit and submit additional documentation.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a permit will be issued.
